[The Grab that I rode in was so cool. You won’t get hungry, and you can sleep comfortably because there is a pillow and a blanket here if you need it. I asked the driver how much the food was since I didn’t have my breakfast yet. This was his answer:

“Ma’am the food is free. You can get what you want. There’s also mineral water there. If you have a headache, there is Biogesic there too.”]

In an interview with ABS-CBN, Abando recalls that she was on her way to Makati for her training when she hailed the grab. She immediately liked the ambience of the Grab when as soon as she entered the car.

Secarro also clarified that he wasn’t into the money because what matters to him more was how he gets to help others.

[Time is much more important for me. I don’t like to take detours if a passenger wants to buy medicine, napkin, things like that… food.]

In addition, he carries extra clothes for passengers who might need a new set of shirts and pants. Secarro also carries a portable chamber pot or “arinola,” specifically for his senior citizen passengers who have needs but could not properly attend to it because of traffic.
